Roanka owns and operates a 22-acre privately owned park with 4 stunning waterfalls located on the high traffic Route 86 between the towns of Wilmington and Lake Placid, NY.\u00a0 We provide safe and easy access to view the waterfalls from our groomed paths, three steel bridges, over 100 feet of walkways and two glass platforms.\u00a0 Educational signage explains the geology, forestry and history of the river.\u00a0 The 3,000 square foot, two-level main lodge has restrooms, a gift shop, and a fully equipped commercial restaurant.\u00a0 The restaurant has a year-round beer and wine NYS liquor license. The restaurant floor has a beer and wine bar with 6 seats, 40 indoor table seats and 16 outdoor seats. Woodlands Event and Picnic Area is a 6,000 square foot area with 180 square foot cabin, patio, fire-pit, and lawn for events and weddings.
